Fibroadenoma of breast

I am having fibroadenoma of breast size 22mmx 19.8mm. I am done ish and also fnac and both confirmed fibroadenoma. I was doing homeopathy treatment but it doesn't work. General surgeon advice me of surgery. But I have heard there is treatment of fibroadenoma in homeopathy is that true? I really don't want to do surgery I am really afraid.
