Hello, don't worry it's a symbol of chronic illness time to time.so when you r all right slowly it comes down. try to take plenty of liqids nimbupani mosambi juice butter milk coconut water as u feel like so light diet, specially in this hot humid climate,wear full sleeve cotton cloth,tod a towel in hot properly avoid spicy fried greasy junk food and food from outside.always prefer home made food.ok.
