Feverish,vomiting and dizziness feelin

I was having very high fever from last 4 days,now that is reduced . But i still feel feverish feeling , low energy , dizzyness , slight cough with plum, when i cough i feel dizzyness . Can't take much food , after taking very little quantity food i start feeling vomiting sensation making me to stop eating .
