Hello well for fever I will suggest you to take Paracetamol twice a day and for te cough you can take cetrizine tablet along with it for now twice a day...I would suggest you to meet a physician so that we can examine you and see if you require antibiotics for it...make sure that you hydrated yourself well and have food...thank you
