I had a sore throat and tonsils since 2 days, along with sneezing. The tonsils kept on increasing along and even had a white patch on them. Weakness also increased. Apart from this today, I developed 99.7 fever and after 1 hour 100 and after 2 hours that increased to 101. Any medicines one can prescribe?

Take Dolo 650 for fever do salt water gargles if still have problem its better u consult

This is acute tonsillitis due to infection in tonsils. white cheese material is due to deposition of food partcal.
