Dear Doctors My son is of 5 years old and he is suffering with fever(100-102) and itching since last 3days(From 1.3.18). Itching started after fever. Day 1 had 5 episodes of vomitting after that no episodes.Skin becoming red where ever he is scratches. Presently using Chlorpheniramine maleate syrup, lactocalamine lotion and Paracetamol Syrup. Mild fever and itching present till today(3.3.18) also. Could I need to change treatment? Kindly suggest me better treatment.

Just stop all and give Syrp. Atarax 5ml  twice a day  for  3 days Calora lotion for  local application  3times a day for 3days And syrp.  Paracetmol Plenty of oral liquids including water Fruit juices and ORS if needed.
