He is suffering from fever with headache and stomach only these are the symptoms. Not taking food properly. No cold and no vormtings but he is feeling vomiting sensation. I used P250 SYRUP for fever in the morning. Is it any serious

It is unlikely to be anything serious, continue the Paracetamol in case the symptoms don't improve please consult your doctor to find the cost
