25 year male, suffeing from low grade fever with headache on left temple from 20 days.. No other symptoms like chills rigor burning mictriution . Xray waters view was done which showed mild maxillary sinusitis after which antibiotic ( monocef o) was started along with karvol for steam . There is no improvement even after 7 days of the course. Blood investigations are done now which are widal negative All other normal except mpv 12.2 Urine protein trace, squamous epithilial cells 6-10 h Sgpt 65 u/l .i.e cbc, hemogram , lft, kft r normal Please help as is also preparing for competition n has exams in november
