Fever with cold and cough

I am having cold, cough and fever since 2 days, waiting for covid test result. For fever I am taking dolo 650. Till result come what medicine should I take for cold and cough.

As we are in the midst of a fast spreading Varian strain of Covid second wave ,pls don't delay visiting a Flu clinic where a proper Covid diagnosis and management can be done. RTPCR has got only  70 % sensitivity ..in such cases especially if you have cough ,A chest CT Scan,only can confirm Covid and also scores the severity of the disease.
