Hi, My mother has fever usually in the night since last two days with chills, diarrhoea, body pain with severe headache. It appears to be normal during the day but gradually she gets fever during the evening/night What could be the possibility?

This looks like something serious, it does not look like covid but looks like acute gastroenteritis or maybe malaria. She will require immediate treatment or else she can go in hypovolemic shock.
