As per your history given, you are suffering from fever intermittently of 1 day duration,  although history is not complete like,  fever with chills and rigors,  joint Pain, nausea or vomiting, Pain abdomen. Anyhow you will have Tab. Dolo ( 650 mg)  as required. Untill then you should go for the following investigations as follows : 1. NS 1 Antigen for Denue fever 2. Serum Widal test & Typhidot rapid Igm for typhoid 3. Malarial Antigen with peripheral smear for malaria. 4. Complete blood count ( CBC) These tests can be done on urgent basis and quickly on request.
