Fever with body pain
I am experiencing fever in range of 101 deg since yesterday with body pain and weakness.i had only paracetamol till now which only works for 5-6 hrs and then fever goes up.
Please suggest suitable medication/ diagnosis

Is the fever associated with sore throat, running nose or difficulty breathing
Till then
1. Take tab paracetamol 500mg if weight less then 60kg or 650mg if weight is more then 6okg
2.tab pantoprazole 40mg BBF

Take Paracetamol when temparature will increase. Take adequate rest and proper diet. To give you proper treatment I need proper history and evaluation.Maybe you need so blood test.
