Does anyone has any answer. Main problem is fever in the evening and weakness. All tests are normal. What to do??

All test normal. How much is the fever in the evening. Take a Chest XRay done . Take TB Gold test discuss with reports. Take PCM 625 at 4 PM daily drink as much warm water as you can from morning to evening
