My 1.yr 3 month daughter not eating anything even not able  to finish milk... shee immediately vommit the taken part of anything . suffering fever and also loosemotion kindly advise...

Suffering from acute gastroenteritis needs a proper Pediatrics consultation mean time u can give her oral rehydrating soln to prevent dehydration
