After 30 min of taking paracetamol she vomited, how long it takes to absorb medicine and when to give her next dose. Stomach is aching and not eating any thing,

Usually it takes half an hour for a syp to get absorbed.. try to give her as much ORS as possible so that her sugar and electrolytes remain normal. If she is taking around 1.75 litres of ORS in a day don't worry about feeding.. she will start eating when the basic problem gets sorted out
