Hello Why you want to give ibugesic plus to your child? Is it just mild fever without any other symptoms? Whats current body temperature of the child? Are there any chills or rigor? Is it associated with cough? Birth history? If it's normal fever, and child doesn't have any allergies, you can give Syp PCM 150mg 4ml TDS instead. Please consult a doctor before giving any medicine to children less than one year old as some medicines can interfere with normal growth and development of the child.
