Fever since yesterday

Kid age is 1.10month and weight is 8.5kg having heavy fever since yesterday and we are giving Cronin 200mg and 3ml dose to baby .The doses are correct or we have change the doses . If fever continue we can continue this medicine or please suggest me other medicine . Only fever and mo vomiting , kid active and other syndrome. Thanks in advance

Consult Now
Dose of crocin is ok. Try Syrup Meftal P 2.5ml every 8 hours maximum. Can be given with crocin. As fever is heavy, please visit a pediatrician
