We are travelling out side India My son 18 months old having fever since yesterday night it is not reducing completely and coming back Night I had given calpol and later in the night he got high fever so gave meftal and now again morning he had fever so meftal but still I see he has fever so can I give both Calpol and Meftal If yes how much gap and dos
