Baby is having fever since morning No other difficulty . Her bowel got cleansed normally at night. Need some medicine

Hi... I will definitely help you regarding the same... Could u help me with some more details??? What's the current or last recorded  weight of the child ?? Have you recorded the temperature using thermometer???
