  4. Fever since last evening. Suggest?

Fever since last evening

My daughter is having 100-102 range fever since last evening. We have given her calpol 2.5 ml four times with a 4 hour interval. Fever reduces temporarily after giving calpol but again temperature rises after sometime. Can you please suggest ? Today is Sunday and no doctors are available.

Get her urinalysis,, dose of medicine depending upon weight can be started like Syp meftal p, Syp Cefolac 100, Syp Calpol ds
