Fever since last 8-9 days

My mother has been having fever since the last 9 days. Her fever comes down only when she is taking paracetamol.. We have done the Covid test but reports are awaited yet. Her oxygen levels are fine. Please suggest what is to be done now. She ghas been taking azithromycin also.
