  4. Fever since 3 days. Major came in cbc?

Fever since 3 days

Started with occasional cough and mild fever, now into third day with reading of 101.5. Attached blood report done today. Doctor suggesting hospital admit and care. Please suggest if something major came in CBC? Thanks in advance.
