Fever since 2row 103 average
I am having coughing since few months in morning time . 18 days back i was having fever and i took combiflame 2days and due to work i couldnot able to contact Dr.
But since yesterday i am suffering from fever 103 temp. I took DOLO 650 and after taking its comes down and again after few hours it increases to 103 .
Kindly advice which blood test i should go for so that my fever reason ( if any infection ) be diagnose and medication can be done accordingly . Kindly advice some medicine also.

TABLET DOLO650 HALF TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER SOME MEAL.
TABLET TAXIM O, 200, TWO TIMES AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS.
