I am having fever and headache since 2-4 days Weakness, fatigue, dizziness, feeling of nausea . I have done several blood tests But all the reports were negative for any disease Please solve my problem

Tab sibelium 10 mg on at night.for three to five days. Tab vertin 24 mgone at night. LIGHT DIET.ok.
