Widal antigen titre of 1:160 in an active infection...that means you have typhoid fever Based on your symptoms further treatment   course consists of antibiotic and antipyretic.- Drink bottled water or boiled water Avoid roadside and  unhygienic food -Avoid raw fruit and vegetables - Wash your hands often so that you don't spread the infection. - Stay well hydrated,  drink 3-4 liters of water
