Fever resolved but stomach upset

Hi , I had fever for 3 days, which resolved. But after that i am having stomach upset since last 5 days cramps and mixed stool 3 times a day. Taking Rifagut since last 2 days. How much time it will take to fully resolve. Please guide. Regards

You need to test your stool sample, also remember foods like white flour, milk products etc should be avoided. You may also need ore/ pro biotics depending on your stool consistency.

If you are still passing stool which is watery or  more than 4times mixed stool you can take imodium 2mg twice a day for 2days .since you already started antibiotics you will get better soon .

Your symptoms can be due to either antibiotics or it could be a viral infection of the stomach. It has already taken 5 days. You should take Tab Loperamide , one tablet twice a day, have Curds with each meal and look after your hydration (lukewarm water).
