My niece is 10months old she got fever 4 days back 103 then fever comes in evening also from last 4 days fever is there and rashes are also there on face forehead hands legs what can be the cause?

Hi! For fever you can give paracetamol But my advice is to consult online for a detailed history and a better suggestions, also need to see the rashes as well
