Hello dr. My 20 momths old baby has fever since day before yesterday. Dr. Said its viral so give him Crocin 120 mg Nd if fever not comes down within 3 hrs give him Meftal 3.5 ml So early morning i did coz his fever didn't come down Now its almost 6 hrs to give him next dose of crocin Nd his tempis 36.5 c Should i give him crocin or not. Plz reply Thanks
