Fever,Pain,Little swelling at injection

I got operated for distal radius surgery on 1st June. Before going to surgery I got injected at  left ,right buttocks. After the surgery I used antibiotics and painkillers. I stopped taking pain killers   by doctor advise. But on 10  I got pain at my left buttock and swelling and fever come and go. Applying ice and started to take pain killers again but pain ,not going and fever also going and coming. What is the problem?

-it’s called POST INJECTION SITE GLUTEAL ABCESS -U NEED PROPER EXAMINATION OF THE SITE BY GENERAL SURGEON AND IF INDURATION REDNESS AND WARMTH PRESENT WITH SIGNIFICANT PAIN THEN IT NEED TO BE CLEANED . SURGEON WILL EXPLAIN IT TO YOU. - PLZ FOLLOW UP AT EARLIEST BEFORE INFECTION SPREAD.
