3 days ago, in the night, I felt Fever at night, over 38°C and headche during the night. In the next day i continued with fatigue, fever, head ache and diarrhea having the symptons for a total of 3 days.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For controlling fever you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a Day after food for 2 days. Drink  plenty of fluids.
