Fever only at night
My two years young daughter is having fever upto 101.5 at night only (typically morning between 3-4 am). She if fine and active at daytime without any fever. She is also having mild runny nose only at evening time. I have also noticed her left eye is little bit red compared to other. We are not using AC or cooler while sleeping and fan speed is also very slow.
Any clues ? Is it alarming?

Don't force for solids food
Continue to give fever medicine if fever
Add otrivin p nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 3 times a day for 3 days

Everything will be fine
