Fever occurs just before periods

I am 32 year old married female (1.5 years ago), planning baby, from last few months, I am facing fever (99-101 F) occurs just before periods, and also severe period pain. What could be the reason? I had TVS report last December, that was totally normal. What else diagnosis can be done. Kindly suggest. Thanks.

Temperature more than 99 needs to be investigated for severe period pain you need an ultrasound if the ultrasound findings and normal its normal to get pain during periods
