My son has fever. He is 4 yrs old. Gave calpol suspension 3 times but again he has fever. The last dose of calpol was at 9:45pm. What time can I give him meftal-p

Hello There, If a patient is getting Fever again after taking Calpol suspension;  then thorough clinical examination is required for Diagnosis and Treatment.
