Hi , My fever comes down from 103 to 100 but not below this. Can i use cold sponge as well for reducing fever. Doctor has prescribed me dolo 650 4 times a day and 1 tablet of disprin in morning and night. Can paracetamol and disprin be taken together without any issues? Please suggest.

Yes you can take paracetamol with disprin. It will gradually come down. Do a blood report cbc then only antibiotic can be started.
