My daughter age 3year 3 month weight 13.4 kg suffering from fever from yesterday.. from today fever is not that high but she potty 3 times. She is very playful.Some mucus type thing and alive tiny worm in her stool. Can we have her satrogyl o syrup? If yes then how much should give her?

Live worms in stool with mucus and fever in a 3-year-old indicates intestinal worm infection (likely threadworms/pinworms or roundworms) with possible intestinal irritation. Satrogyl O (ornidazole) is for protozoa, not worms — it won't treat this.
Next Steps
Give Albendazole 400mg single dose (syrup form for children) — this treats most worms effectively. For fever, paracetamol syrup as per weight. Keep nails trimmed, wash hands before meals. Consult a paediatrician for examination. Consult me on Practo for further advice.
