Fever like symptom but no fever
From 4 months I am suffering fever like symptom ,but not fever
Some thing inner I'm feeling not ok ,Im having a gastric problem gerd, ,I have done echo , ecg but no problem with heart but I feel pain in chest past from 1 year not only in chest sudden pain in legs hands neck head
I'm fed of this issue please any doctor suggest me a best medicine

Recently I have done blood tests
It shows I'm a prediabetes , hemoglobin high
,Berrylium is low ,vitamin d difficiency,
Cholesterol is little high
for GERD you must have been advised to stop all red and green chillies in your food, frequent small meals and dinner by seven. Top it up with walking 5 kms daily and you should be fine. as for the fever start monitoring with a digital thermometer and record your temperature once in the morning and once in the evening. if below 98.5 you have no fever. message me after 15 days.
