I have bitten by insect in eve . I have 98.8 fever i am in stress . I am getting heat from eyes . Is it does to anxiety or due to insect bite . I have migraine issue , gas , and nasal allergy .

May be due to any of these but the most severe one is due to insect bite which may lead to anaphylaxis

You better get an emergency medicine service from nearby hospital, some insect bite will be problamatic later on. Is there any other symptoms of concern, better to get antallergic shots from emergency care before getting worst symptoms, also check other vitals like BP, Oxygen saturation, pulse rate etc.
