Fever in four year old boy

Hi sir/mam, Recently my 4 year old boy treated with fevers. He was on medication parafy m ds along with one antibiotic. After two days, fever come down and he was ok for two days.   Later 100 degree fever started once in a day. It is coming down after havin 3 ml of parafy m ds syrup. Please suggest.

Hello, if the fever is persistent and recurrent, responding only to medication. And it has been persistent since 4 to 5 days, than you must visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and some workup must be planned.
