Baby has fever for last 40 hours...when I give pacimol mf 125 then fever reduce..but after 7-8 hours it come back..my pediatrician give me cefakind125 mg...can I give this ???no other symptoms...no cold and cough...

Hai Dr Rajesh here. If ur paediatician has given after examining the child  better give.He might have found some infection in the child. Trust ur paediatician and follow him.
