Given dolo650 at evening @1830 hrs. After blood and urine basic report. Medicine change to Metal forte on SOS. Can or should I give metal now @2130 hrs , or post 3 hrs or wait for at least 6 hour time gap

Hi Keep  6  hours  gap in between  two  tablet intake  always So  that  it  wont  cause any side effects  of  overconsumption . In between , do  sponging  for  fever .
