I've been having fever with cold from last night. After taking combiflame I get relief but it's not permanent.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Monti-fx twice a day after food for 3 days. Take steam inhalation.
