Fever from last 10 days

I am having fever from last 10 days and sore throat, My widal test 1:160 is negative , pus cells 3-4 hpf. From last 4 days i am taking medicine cefixime and ofloxacin twice a day and fexofenadine with monteleukast twice a day. But still i get fever after every 6-7 hrs. Please suggest
