My son is 3 years old. He has been suffering from fever for 5 days. From the last two days giving him syrups. No fever. Please check his blood reports and give your advice and further requirements. Syrups using, 1. Apodox 100 dry syrup 2.Flam plus 3. Vitneurin

Hi. Urine test is normal. Blood test shows Low Hb , he requires iron supplements. Widal test before 1 week May show fall results. If he doesn’t have fever, nothing to worry. If fever persists ,get a blood culture test.

Hi,pls don’t worry his fever has come down this indicates that his infection is responding to the antibiotic he is on. From the lab tests the widal test is positive indicates he has typhoid fever. His Hb is low need to start iron after this illness settles
