Having fever for 20 month baby from last one week. It is specially in evening. it was stopped for 2 days. Blood and urine report looks fine.

Most fevers in children are viral in origin,and can last for 1-3 weeks,sometimes. If there is no additional symptom,and the child is active,just wait,give paracetamol for fever,maintain a good diet. As you have mentioned,all reports are fine,viral fever is the probable cause.
