Fever for the past 3 days

I have been taking paracetamol and antibiotics but the fever is not coming down since the last 3 days. What shall I do। My mom also suffered from the same problem but now she is recovered after 5 - 6 days

there is no no mention of any other symptoms apart from fever if you are not better in a. couple off days then see your doctor
