Fever for past 3 days

U'm having fever for past 3 days. My CBC is normal and VIDAL test is normal too. Everytime I take crocin and antibiotic, fever drops but later the temperature rises again. Temperature has been fluctuating between 99 and 101.6

HELLO, TAKE THE ANTIBIOTIC N ANTIINFLAMATORY FOR FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, LIGHT DIET. JUICE ETC. YOU WILL RECOVER. NO NEED TO CHANGE. O.K BYE.
