All test done. Reports r normal. Taken dolo 650 thrice. Still no improvement. Kindly suggest what to do.

In this season it would most likely be viral fever and it will stay for at least of 3 days regardless of how much medicine you take. Weakness may continue till one week. My advice would be that keep taking Dolo 650 three times a day along with that drink plenty of fluids like soup, juice, water etc.
