My nephew 3 year old. Has continous fever for 6 days. When he take medicine fever gone but after some hours fever came back.. this is going since 6 days. He has cough cold also. Recently he came from a trip of jaipur. What can be the reason of fever.

just give paracetamol 120..mg /5ml 1tsf sos. give plenty of fluids ifeel go for physical check up and investigations.in the mean time give ginger +cloves+full black pepper + jaggary . boili water150mland reduce it to 100 ml . Cool it and feed the child repeat it2-3 times a day
