Continuous fever with chronic cough and weakness along with high sgpt shot and leucopenia along with splenomegaly 13.6 had malaria last month now negative along with tb negative and dengue negative and diabetes 9 Hba1c taking metformin linagliptin and lantus insulin now controlled but fever is not going
