Fever/cold/cough to my 7 month son
He is suffering from fever from last 7 days. Doing stool like a foam for 2-3 times. He is not taking milk or anything. He vomit just after drinking anything. He crying continuously as if he is in pain. As per CBC test hemoglobin is 10.1, HCT is 29.7, MCV is 68.3, MCH is 23.2 & PUC cells is 02-03.
Wat is the weight of the child?
Weight is very important for paediatric medicine dose.
Symptoms sound like acute gastroenteritis.
Give ors to drink after each loose stool or vomitting , sporolac sachets morning and night in quarter glass of water.

You can give him a syrup. Paracetamol 125mg - 5ml thrice a day after food for today.
Syrup. Domstal 2.5ml twice a day at least half an hour before food.
